Daily Routine

It is said that it takes 21 days to form a habit.

I’m going to do this new daily routine every day for 21 days and then report back.

1. 100 pushups
2. 100 crunches
3. 100 sit ups
4. Chi Kung
5. Walk or run
6. Read 30 minutes

Won’t you create your own daily routine, share it, and commit to it for 21 days?

    I can’t promise that I will do any of these for 21 days straight(!), but I’d like to:
    1. Exercise routine (I’m pretty good about this)
    2. Walking (and this one too)
    3. Eat more healthy (got some logistics to work out here…)

    Are you doing all those things each day for 21 days?!? Good for you.

    I’m going to give this some thought, because committing to anything for 21 straight days sounds pretty serious. I could certainly stand to introduce some good habits.

    If you can only commit to one, do one, and be sure you do it every day for 21 days.

    I have an exercise and walking *routine* that I stick to, even though I don’t/can’t do it every day. The habit is in place.

    Since June I have done a lot of the same things on your list. Replace the 30 minute walk or run with an 1-1.5 hours of cylcing 4 days a week and take out the Chi Kung because I have no clue what that is. I have taken on yoga now though. 20 minutes a day. Oh and i’m slacking on the pushups now that I am focusing so much on my legs.

    New List:
    300 crunches
    50 push ups
    1 hour bike ride (3 intense days and 3 easy and sundays off)
    30 minute yoga/meditation
    30 minute read before sleep

    21 days..I thought “they” say 14. Either way, Check in with me on September 9th :)
